  • IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 24 HOURS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • HOW DO I KNOW A PRODUCT IS ORIGINAL?

    We use Certilogo to check garment authentication. Authentication can be done by scanning the QR code found inside each Save The Duck garment (only on outerwear and athleisure items).

    Unfortunately orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled. Please wait for your order to be delivered and return the item once received.
